Right after we got off the plane in San Diego they shuttled us to the dock. San Diego is a beautiful city and we couldn't wait to get on the ship!

When we first saw the cruise ship we were shocked at how big it was. We were getting lost all week!

When we stopped in Catalina Island we were able to tour the island, learn some history and see some wildlife. Then we rode out in the ocean a little and got to see some dolphins up close. Very cool experience!

Back on this ship they took good care of us. Fancy dinners. Towel animals on our bed each night. All the food you can eat, whenever you want it. A mini golf course. A GIANT game of chess. A basketball hoop. ...

... and lots of time to lay around in the sun! Luckily neither of us go TOO burnt.

Of course we also got to spend all-day every-day together. Which was absolutely wonderful!

The whole week included lots of traveling, but the beautiful views were worth all of the dead bugs on the windshield! We were also lucky enough to sit in the emergency exit seats while traveling on the smallest plane I've ever seen.

After arriving safely back in Baker City, Brett showed me what living in a small town is all about. We went ground squirrel hunting, rode 4-wheelers, and spent a few nights up at his families cabin.

Not too bad for the first week of being married. :) By the end of it though, we were glad to be done traveling and excited to get back to normal life.
