Flashback to Christmas

I just realized I never posted the rest about our Christmas road trip.  We were lucky to have a nice long break (huge perk of Brett being a teacher) and spent time in Portland with my family, Baker City with Brett's family and even made a trip to Utah for a wedding.  Here is a picture dump from the trip.  I didn't really take any picture but these are the few that I collected from other people's cameras.

All bundled up to go and cut down a Christmas tree

All bundled up again and out past her bedtime to see the boat lights down on the water front.

And another late night out on town.  We went to Peacock Lane to see the christmas lights.

Brooke got to meet lots of family for the first time.  She loved playing with Uncle David and Aunt Linda as well as Uncle Tyler and Aunt Nicki.

And here is the whole Clark family.  So great to all be together for the holidays!

She also met Great Grandma and Grandpa Smith

Then while in Utah she met Great Grandpa Clark.  I particularly loved this visit.  My grandpa has Alzheimers and is in a care facility.  He doesn't remember who I am when we go visit but his eyes lit up when he saw Brooke and shed a tear as we were leaving.

We got to go to Tyler and Haili's wedding.  Brooke met lots more family including her Great Grandma Cline. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the two of them. I need to track one down!

And in other news....Brett went fishing one day while we were in Baker.  The fish they brought back was "as big as Brooke"

I'm sure there was more that we did but without picture its hard to remember.  I do know that we had fun seeing all our family and spending time relaxing.  We are looking forward to heading back up that way this summer!
