Fall Fun

Despite what the weather (it is 85 degrees and sunny outside) tells me, apparently it is fall. Also, despite having a newborn in the home (and lets admit that all newborns are needy) we decided we would try to do something festive to celebrate fall.

Our little outing actually turned out great.  After Brooke cried the whole way to the pumpkin patch (she doesn't really like the car/car seats but she is getting better) she was awake for a few photos and then slept in my arms while we walked around, enjoyed the weather and spent some quality time together.

Okay, so maybe she didn't cry the whole time. Sporting her halloween onesie and looking all grown up in her jeans!

She didn't like my idea to have her pose in the scarecrow cut out. Maybe next year.

The target for the pumpkin chunkin'

Ready, Aim, Fire!

The pumpkins were already harvested, but they had a few booths to visit and some other fun things to do

Brooke thought it was fun and can't wait until next year when she'll be a bit older!
We didn't go trick-or-treating last night but we dressed Brooke up. She is one cute tiger!

Roar!!

Oh my goodness! She is such a cute little tiger. I'm an awful mom because we didn't do anything halloween-y and Henry grew out of his only halloween onsie a week and a half ago. :( But props to you on getting out! That takes some guts!
